Shipping Method

At Purelux International Sdn Bhd, we offer shipping services throughout Malaysia and oversea. Shipping is handled by trusted third-party courier companies such as DHL, Flash, and Teleport (for international orders).

Due to the large packing volume, please note that your order will be processed for shipping within 1-3 business days after your purchase. In the event that an item is out of stock after your order is placed, our customer service team will promptly contact you to inform you and discuss potential solutions. Please note that there is no shipping service available on Saturdays, Sundays, or Public Holidays.

Important Reminders:

• If the outer packaging of your parcel is damaged upon delivery, please refuse to accept it and take a photo of the damaged parcel. Return the parcel to the courier company and notify us immediately.
• If you reject the parcel, please contact us so we can verify whether the parcel has been returned.
• We cannot guarantee that your item will arrive on time as shipping is handled by third-party courier companies. Please contact the courier company directly to inquire about the status of your parcel and to make any necessary arrangements.
• Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger. Please use this information to trace the status of your parcel.
• If you have not received your parcel, you can check its status with the courier company. You may request a second delivery attempt or arrange to collect the parcel directly from the courier’s branch.
• If your parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery, you may be required to pay the shipping fees for reshipment. Please contact our customer service team for details regarding the additional shipping fees.
